Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We make sure that you get good & quality products well within the expiry date. All orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
V2CMart.in is not responsible for any extra customs and taxes applied to your order by the local authority after shipping of an order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Please always record an unpacking video after receiving the package. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to report it in 2 days.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
